ARYAN VEDHARA
Aryan Vedhara is a 16-year-old investor and entrepreneur studying at King’s College School Wimbledon, where he is taking Maths, Further Maths, Economics, and Politics at A-Level. He previously co-founded and chaired GreenerWorld, a climate initiative recognised across major sustainability forums, and has since launched Building Resilient Futures, a podcast with more than 15,000 streams.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive of The Aspire Project, a fast-growing non-profit that he has taken from three co-founders to a team of more than fifteen, as well as three Advisory Board members. His work spans speaking at international climate conferences, recruiting leaders across industries into board roles, and creating platforms that equip young people with the tools to thrive in a changing world.
Why I Started Building Resilient Futures
I launched Building Resilient Futures because, like many young people, I’ve grown up in a world defined by uncertainty. Rather than just stressing about the future, I wanted to create something that helped people make sense of it. The podcast brings together founders, investors, creatives, and leaders to share practical lessons on resilience, adaptation, and long-term thinking.
We dive into sustainability, entrepreneurship, AI, career transitions, and the realities of an evolving job market; but always through the lens of what listeners can actually do with the insights. My aim has never been to simply discuss interesting ideas. It’s to give people real tools, strategies, and mindsets they can use to navigate change with confidence.
Building Resilient Futures is ultimately about understanding how others have overcome challenges, and using those stories to help us all adapt, grow, and thrive in a world that won’t sit still.
